Practically new, like new. My old wall mount microwave died after 17 years. Orderd a replacement and was told 5-6 month. Bought this Sharp countertop model to get us by until the new wall mount one arrives. Two weeks later get a call saying the new one is in.
So we use this one 2 weeks for reheating food, cleaned it an put back into the box.
