Just looking for a place to relax, listen to country music and watch folks dance that doesn't include the possibility of getting one's throat cut. Any of you guys have a favorite place? Thanks in advance.
I'd be no help. When I was a kid my favorite places had employee parking enclosed in chain link and razor wire to keep their tires from getting slashed, bartenders had .38s in their waistbands, and bats and short shotguns behind the bar.

From what I hear the panhandle's full of tacos and meth, but if you're the entrepreneurial type it might be time to hire a few big ol' boys and open up a place. Those places are getting harder and harder to find anywhere anymore though. If you can keep it safe you'd probably make a killing that second year.
