I have this on my Tikka T3 CTR. It’s a little above your price range but if you’re LE or a veteran it’s $649. It’s a very good scope that tracks well and has good glass.

Arkens are amazing for the money. For the features and clarity of glass i really don't think they can be beat for the price.
@chazroh he is a lot more knowledgeable about optics and he likes them a bunch.

Just picked up a new Arken 5-25X56 FFP for my 15-22. It is amazing glass for the money and blows away my Vortex PST. I run Tangent Theta glass on all my bolt guns and really can’t believe the quality of the Arken.
