Yeah, dealing with the same thing for my wife. . . she has a green card and has had for multiple years. Waiting on an interview date and to take in some more paperwork along with it.
Arkansas also had the stipulation that a resident be a citizen to carry along with a few other states, one of the groups has challenged it and had that stipulation removed. Can be done in Oklahoma as well if there is someone who wants to carry and has not applied for naturalization but is here legally.
