I add some things to this test. Rather than removing the chambered round after reach rep in the 1st test, I leave it chambered and insert an empty mag and holster. Then add a new top round in the full mag and put it back in the pouch. Then I do a draw to 1 precision shot, followed by a slide-lock reload and return to ready. At the end you've done 10 draws, 10 precision shots for group, 10 SLR reps and tested 10 rounds feeding from full mags exactly the way you would under pressure.
With ammo being as expensive and hard to come by as it is these days, every round sent should revolve around practicing as many skills as possible.
