The German Shephards I have had are manly but my 1 year old Bouvier is turning out to be an awesomely manly dog.

my American bulldog and pit bull/lab mix are very manly. But I am no man.... LOL weenie dogs are little badasses, bred to go down badger holes I don't have one but still

On a slightly more serious side, when I was a kid, I had a Boston Terrier / Pit Bull cross. The absolute most loyal dog who ever lived and 100% the defender. Survived two cottonmouth bites and one rattlesnake bite, all around the head. I still miss that old guy.
