I have one neighbor that poaches. Opening day last year of MZ season, I heard a shot at the other end of the place. Bullet went by close enough to hear. I have a reputable source that said the neighbor turned in a buck to a Taxidermist the day after season.
During Archery season, they will split up, and move along. When rut comes along, They might wander back in there looking for does.

Its fun looking at what's in that small acreage. But I don't keep my hopes up.

It looks like the perfect 8 and the 11 point are no more than 2 1/2 yrs old. The big tall 9 is mature.

I have a video of the 11 point with velvet hanging in shreds all over his antlers if I can find it. He needs another year. The tine length is a little short.
