2013-2014 waterfowl success/pictures

I didnt shoot a thing for zone 2 opener. I managed 4 birds sunday 3 wood ducks and a teal.

Heres a few from zone one around okc.

So that's what they look like congrats on the birds! Yesterday was a ducky day, hopefully a few more birds came south with the front.

Saw a few birds tonight scouting around a bit. Just an example of how some of the ponds are around here still. The red spots are duck blinds...and the pic was taken looking west northwest...........the farthest blind in the pic, the water usually wraps around back to the southwest another 100 yards. It's about 225 yards from where I'm standing to the farthest blind, to give you some scale. This was justin_h635, Dalyup and my go to pond for lot's of seasons........countless widgeon mostly, lot's of mallards. There's another pond above this one that will have to fill up before this one begins to rise. We need a monsoon.

came a good wash around here monday i think it was. filled all the ponds back up to the runoff pipes. if it gets cold,we have the water to hold em. Okie, still looks dry in your area. i'll be up around cleo springs before to long. hope the ponds aren't dry!
