22 Ammo prices at the Gun Show ....

Ammo makers make 1 million rounds per day supposedly.
If 30 million 22 owners went out tomorrow and each fired 1 round
there went the months production.
if one million fired a 50 rd box there went a month and a half production.
if only 100,000 gun owners shot a brick of 500
there went a month and a half production.
So it doesn't take much to make a shortage.
most imports have been cut off (slowed to a snails pace)and that adds to the shortage as well.

damn neckbeards! Agree, most probably came from WM or Academy.

Academy has .22 on the shelf. $2.95 per 50 rounds makes them part of the problem.

Before condemning someone as a gouger you need to go to Ellet brothers.com and download their catalog which is great reference material and compare prices. All prices listed in their catalog are the manufacturers suggested retail prices.
There is like a hundred different 22 ammos and only a few sell for under $2.50 a box retail. Most $4-6 a box.
We all can't be Walmart.

You guys in the city can get 3 bulk packs? Here in T-town were limited to one at academy. I wonder who's to blame! The geese, there the reason the beach at grand is closed and the ammo situation in tulsa!
