22 rem jet!

Does anybody still load and shoot the old bird? I picked one up in a smith 53. And am looking for tips advice. I'm about to start reloading for it, just want to know if anybody has a line on projos or pet load.

I used to have a barrel for T/C Contender Contender...............that was a long time ago too! About the only thing I can remember about reloading it was that it wasn't too picky with loads, shot really good with about everything we tried. Your 53 may vary though. Did your 53 come with the steel cylinder inserts so you can shoot .22lr too?

No unfortunately but good old numrichs has them in stock for 17.99 apiece lol set of 6 for 109 $ $$$$$

You might give Jerry a call. I am pretty sure he was reloading some .22 jet about a month two ago.
