Traditional rifling slightly cuts into jacket, very high muzzle velocity coupled with fast twist barrel creates very high rpm. Bullets may come apart shortly after exiting barrel.

This is pretty much what i have been reading. How does the accuracy compare to a 223? Same,better or worse?

Significantly better in the right rifle and with the right shooter. I own both and a 223 won't give you the same accuracy. The 222 held the record for over 40 years for a reason

on my 22-250 with really hot loads seems like the bullet disappears before it hits the target at 100 yards. Like a puff of smoke…so i guess i created bullet failure…

Give 19.5 gr. of IMR 4198 and a 50-53 grain bullet a try . My SAKO vixen shoots sub MOA at 200 with that loading . Lots of people myself included have had good luck with H322 as well.
