Federal Power Shock at Wal-mart in OKC area is the cheapest. Just bought two boxes of it for $13.97/bx. Rural Wal-marts are about $2 more per box.
As far as match grade, there are not any off the shelf stuff that I am aware of that are target specific. Sierra, I believe, makes a match grade bullet for the .270 for hand loaders.
