I sold mine, lol. I shoot too much it was expensive to feed and it kicked like a mule.

Yea. It's an expensive round. It can be reloaded for $1.26 a round I've read. I've seen some $60 & $147 box of 20 factory ammo. Didn't you have a TRG?? Or was that another member?

Yeah I had a TRG. I snagged some awesome deals on components and was loading it for about $0.50 per. Never got it past 1300 and the 6.5-47 was keeping up killing steel. Figured it was time to move on.

6.5-47 is a fantastic round! I wish I would have built one of them

I'd love to own one but i have nowhere to shoot it at its capability. Oh and its expensive to feed.

Exspense is relative to the enjoyment. I'd much rather shoot 20 rounds of my .30-378 at 1000y each week, than 200 rounds of 9mm at 10y. It's all in what you enjoy.

So what's more enjoyable for the same cost, 20 rounds of 30-378 or 60 rounds of 6.5x47? (optional: add couple of slugs from a coach gun, so that your shoulder hurts and you feel all manly like)
