7.62 x 39 ammo

SKS will operate just fine on the cheaper the better ammo.

wolf ammo is fine and I shoot aq lot of it. Also keep in mind foriegn 7.62x39ammo and foriegn sks are ussually .311 bore diam while US is .308 so the cheap russian ammo will prob be more accurate then US ammo

Anyhow,2 MOA is mil-spec, which is what all of these rifles are toleranced to, but US-made ammo may help you keep it on the tighter side, simply because of greater consistency in the loading.

Did you read my post above yours? US is .308 foriegn is .311 most likely. If you are shooting us ammo out of an ak or sks with a .311 bore then your groups will suck
