He does some gun shows, that's where I get most of mine from him. I don't know if he allows pickups at his place anymore. Otherwise you can order online from his website or from his listings on gunbroker.

I buy nearly all my bulk ammo from them.

H&H allows steel cases, just not any steel in the bullet. I regularly shoot steel cased 9x18 ammo that has copper jacketed bullets with their permission. They will not allow brass cased bullets or any others with steel jacketed bullets.

No steel core bullets are allowed either. These are rare in pistol ammo, and I do not know if they are still around in rifle bullets, but doubt it. Lots of shooters are confused about the difference. CB
