I'm confused. The program only received $89,620 based on the link in the article. I wonder how they got a figure 10 times that?

They can't cut the budget, yet they can waste money on gay sex in the Phillipenes, junk washing in SA, Grannies in AK, etc. WTFOver!!

Boortz keeps saying the average person pays 10k in taxes. I say if a school needs funding to do a study, have a town meeting to let the professors explain, then have a show of hands who is in favor of said study. The folks that are for the study would have to write the check to the school.

If you believe that we can figure out clever ways to make people less violent, then this study sounds reasonable. I believe they call it "social engineering."

If you think avoiding fights and staying out of trouble is a matter of personal responsibility, then the study looks totally foolish.

They know best. They obviously know how to run our healthcare, and every other aspect of our lives better than we do.
