A Couple of Questions

My SDA license expires next month and while I applied for a renewal earlier this month, I am concerned that my new license will not get here before the expiration date.

A couple of questions, if I might:

How long does it usually take the OSBI to process renewals?

How long can I carry on the old, expired SDA license?

Can I carry at all for a brief period on my expired SDA license?

I read some where they are about 90 days out, I think it was here.
My understanding ..no current license =no carry.

There is a thirty-day grace period on license renewals beginning on the date of expiration, thereafter the license is considered expired and you are not legally allowed to carry a firearm in a manner that requires a license.

Mine took just over 90 days earlier this year, and I had to call and e-mail to finally get it. It's also my understanding there is a 30 day grace period where you can still carry.
