The comparison pictures are a joke. There are extra lines drawn that aren't on the ring at all. I'm not saying he isn't a Muslim, I'm just saying I think the ring might be a stretch.

If I had to guess, I'd say he's basically an agnostic who doesn't devote too much time to anybody's Religious stuff. Not saying he's openly disrespectful of this that or the other nonsense. Just saying that he probably doesn't take any of it too seriously.

Why is it scary? Not trolling, just discussing. If he's agnostic, who cares. The great thing about America is that freedom of religion means freedom from religion. The President doesn't have to care about everyone's religions, only that they aren't being discriminated against, or in the case of Christian America, for.
