Rod, does this include the non-resident Utah? Didn't notice anything about them accepting or rejecting non-resident permits.

Didn't Nevada change to no longer accept the non resident Utah?

NEVADA is acting wierd (oh, yeah, like that's something new)

They cancelled recognition of ALL Florida and UT licenses and trimmed their recognition list to just:

"Alaska Arkansas Kansas Louisiana Michigan
Missouri Nebraska Ohio Tennessee West Virginia
Nevada Honors Non-Resident Permits/Licenses"

(But NONE of the states on their recognition list issue non-res)
And NV no longer recognizes ANY nearby states.....

I just saw the part where they (Nebraska's AG office) determined the states that had CCW requirements greater than or equal to Nebraska's, but nowhere did it then say they would recognize those or have reciprocity with them...
?
I mean, that would seem to be a logical follow up but where is it?

No, each state has their own laws and wording. That letter IS the official recognition being conveyed to the state police.

There is no uniformity in the states and you have to follow the laws where you are standing. That can be a real hazard if you think everywhere is going to be like your home state.

Thank you for posting this, as I will be in Nebraska next week for work. It has been always been a pia dealing with this issue as I travel there often.
