...based out of Owasso. Just a heads up. This ******* just yelled at my wife and made my kids cry. Then proceeded to hop up on my roof and rip all the lights off (that he just installed) because he thought he was just supposed to do the very top of the roof (when they specifically quoted us differently).

His wife (manager?) quoted me a price to do the entire front and down the sides of the house in lights. High price but ok whatever. She just hung up on me too when I called to ask what the deal was.

Apparently they have a D with the BBB also. Hindsight.

Sorry to hear about that. If it were OKC, I'd recommend my brother, or help you out with both the lights and his ass-whoopin. Not cool to mess with kids during the holidays.

Yeah my kids (little girls, 3 & 5) were just standing there in the window crying asking why the lights were going away. When he was done ripping them down he smirked at my wife through the window and took off.

He's lucky I wasn't home.

BBB rating doesn't mean much unless you see multiple issues. Even then it doesn't mean much. The bbb had my business down as an rv dealer for 8 years...I don't and never have been. I rent construction equipment. What was the last name of the ttt bunch?
