BBB rating doesn't mean much unless you see multiple issues. Even then it doesn't mean much. The bbb had my business down as an rv dealer for 8 years...I don't and never have been. I rent construction equipment. What was the last name of the ttt bunch?

This is so true. We Had some lady call in and report us as doing this that and the other. It was the wrong company. I called to get it taken off and they told me once its up can't do anything about it. I said ok I would like to be taken off your lists and will tell everyone i know this is Chit.

I don't even know anyone who uses BBB Its a waste of money in my opinion. We currently have a A+ but that doesn't mean much as we are not "accredited" so whats the point??

That maybe so, but, the one complaint that was never responded to is definitely backed up by the OP's experience in this case.

I don't blame you, I hear his selection of RVs are almost non existent, and you can't find a salesman who knows anything about them either.
