Am I Allowed to Carry This???????????

I did some horse trading and ended up with a ball gag and a gimp suit in the deal. I'll probably leave the gimp suit at home, but am I allowed under OK and federal law to carry the ball gag concealed on my person? If not I'll probably just sell it back to olyeller at a loss. If I decide to get rid of it, I might be interested in trading for a pair of handcuffs. I'm pretty sure those are allowed.
