What degree temperature should be blowing out the vents?

13 to 20 degrees lower than the air coming into the unit. In other words, the air conditioner will lower the air temp going across the indoor coil about 20 degrees.

it all depends on ambient temp and humidity. higher ambient temps and or humidity = higher output temps
