Guy shoots himself in butt with own gun

i've heard of Glock leg butt this is odd. How did the person manage to shoot themself in the rear?? i do not believe in the gun went off when it fell on the floor story unless the gun was really old and unsafe to carry.

We can not know anything about about the gun, but this could happen if it had a home action job by a person who did not know what they were doing. I.E. a super light trigger pull.
