I only have one question. Why should we need a protection act to secure what has already been recognized as a God given right?
I would suspect it is because many of our politicians do not really believe in the Constitution or even in God. There are certainly many of them that do not believe us little people should have any "rights".
I guess it’s a reminder for the idjits who don’t know what they store an oath to.
The only problem with these "protection acts" are, they are enacted by Congress, and can be taken away by Congress.
Even if they throw in a clause about never being able to be changed or deleted or repealed, they will find a way.
