Exactly. They fly to Vancouver which is turning into a little China as Canada is very friendly with them.
They ferry across to Seattle, with a valid passport and go into the baby hotels as they are called.
Baby has instant dual citizenship. Also part of China's plan to take over the US one way or another without firing a shot.

Correct. She is eligible to run. As are all anchor babies. I never addressed her eligibility to run.
