While I understand the point of the meme, I have an answer that I use any time I find someone expressing the same idea:

The 2nd Amendment does not grant any rights to the people of the United States, nor does it cover any specific type of arms. What the 2nd Amendment does is to limit what impediments the government may put on the natural right to self defense--from either individuals or governments.
