Seriously though, who shoots so slow that it takes 60 seconds to shoot 20 rounds out of a revolver?

It’s a revolver.
It holds 6 rounds.
The time to fire 6 rounds in probably about 2 seconds.
The time to reload another 6 rounds, 1 at a time (no speed loader) is probably about 15 seconds.
That makes 18 seconds or 3 seconds per round.
20 rounds times 3 seconds average = 60 seconds.
