I shot a friend's compact .45 and it was probably to most uncomfortable pistol I've ever shot. If the rest of them are even remotely similar, then NO THANKS.
First gun I owned in .380 that I CC'd after getting my license. Not a bad shooter, felt fine. no FTE's. There are so many other options out there in bigger calibers that are smaller or about the same size, that I'd pass on another.
I carry an .45 XDS now and I can't think of anything that could ever replace it...'cept for maybe a Tactical Ultra II. saweeet!
I've shot my buddy's Thunder .380. It was alright. Pretty much like any Makarov or PP I've ever shot. I prefer a more powerful cartridge if I'm going to carry that size gun, though. At least a 9mm. I also prefer striker fire to SA/DA, so I don't think any of the other Bersas are for me, either. Oh well, things would be pretty boring if we all liked the same kind of gun!
