I was up watching the news for weather updates and this reporter started in about the gun show loop hole. jack-wagon sold a pistol to a buyer that told him he might not pass the 4473 form. and of course it was taped and played to the news reported. had that been me I'd told him better luck some where else.

Is this the same video of the sting that the moron Bloomberg conducted in Arizona? If so, he might have over stepped his authority by doing so and they are looking into it further.

I did see on MSNBC this morning they were talking about Egypt and put up a few bulletin points, one really stood out to me.
"Huge crows gathering to protest."
I wish our crows would protest, even the small ones.

While I think Bloomberg is a real jerk and overstepping his bounds regularly, I do think that if there are dealers out there making sales without following the law, then they should be charged accordingly.

We've all said that we don't need new laws, we just need to enforce the ones we have. Well making sure all dealers do the proper background checks is just part of enforcing those laws.

On the other-hand. If it was a privately owned gun being sold by an individual, then no laws were broken. I do agree thought that if some guy told me he could pass a test, I'd have to think twice about selling to him too. Of course who knows maybe the guy selling the gun had lost his job and was looking to put food on his families table.

Bloomberg is trying to trying to have private sales recorded by the gov't.
More regulation in your everyday life is just what we need.

I agree with frankos72, 100%. If there are dealers out there selling illegally, I say throw the book at them. Once again if that was a legit gun dealer, not an individual. If a private individual he showed poor judgement.
