Who knows, probably one of the leaders behind it committed tax fraud. Better get some audits going to find out....

No doubt, even if no fraud has been committed. It's one of the tools the criminals that own us use.

That was an interesting story, I've never heard about that. I wonder if the story would be different, if instead of biting a police officer, he sawed the barrel off a shotgun under the legal limit?
