Not in hand yet, but should have this S&W M&P revolver next week...38 Spcl, 5", looking to be circa mid-1930's, couldn't pass up the deal!
I have one very similar to that with no model number. I've used multiple resources including the S&W experts on OSA and the S&W forums in an effort to get the real identity with no success. The only thing we could figure out that it was built sometime in the 30's.

My contribution for today is 'small taters' compared to some, but I like 'em!!

Picked up a few Dillon things from Village Tactical today, as well as a pound H4350 and some Lee 38 Spcl dies from Cabelas...Cabelas has several nice Smith's in their used gun room, mainly model 27's and pre-27's, from 4" to 8 3/8"...out of my budget, but the most I've seen together other than the Smith table at a few gun shows...Cabelas guy said a 93 year old gentleman unloaded almost 100 guns on them a few months back, with 70ish being Smiths, this is whats left now...guess I need to get over here more!

We may have crossed paths today. I was at Cabelas gooing over those Smiths. Had to pick up some Sonic cleaner and a target stand.

Village had a sale on 45 bullets. Picked up those and some case lube. Village is one of my favorite places

I found a decent price on a used Knights Armament flip-up rear sight for an AR. Still looking for a front sight. They are surprisingly more expensive than the rear and not listed used as often.

Lunch break on Friday netted me this little honey:

Range session on Sunday went great. Ate everything I fed it. I've got some grips, mag well, front sight and a full length guide rod on the way. 20 yards slow fire netted some decent accuracy. Both the Metalform 10 rounders and the factory 9 rounders fed great.
