Anyone ever heard of these????

I have been looking at getting some new Trijicons or Meprolights for my Glock 23 for myself for Christmas, I was entertaining myself tonight by looking for online deals and came across these on my Google search. Anyone ever heard of these and how they actaully work? I am doubtful they would work as well as the Tritium sights. What do you guy's think?

Nitesiters are super photo luminescent, and not self luminescent, like Tritium.
That means they need exposure to light before using them

That's what I was thinking when I read it, I has Meprolight sights on my old G19 and it would sit in my safe for days before being taken out; after I pulled it out they looked very bright without any light for days!

Those suck!! I ordered some a long time ago for a little kel tec p3at. They wouldn't stay on and didn't stay lit up for very long. Maybe 10-15 minutes.

That's because it (tritium) is not dependent upon any light source to glow.
