Anyone have a welder that can do some stainless?

Have a friend who needs a bolt welded back on. It's a tiny little spot but when they took apart the piece to clean it the bolt came away. I have little 110 stick welder but would rather see if someone has a tig and the stuff to do it vs buying some 5/64 stainless rods.

Prefer someone near Guthrie. Let me know how much and we can figure things out from there.

Thanks, I will talk to them about it. But it is a long drive for one weld to be done and was hoping to keep the cost below ten bucks if I could.
