Nope, the R.E.P.E.R is not made by Leitner Weise. It is made by Land warfare rifle company.
Leitner makes good stuff, but as to bolts and carriers make sure it isn't one of his proprietary bolts as you wont be able to get spare extractors.

Yeah, my quick googlefu said LWRC used to be Leitner Wise Rifle Company, but that is no longer the case. It is now Land Warfare Resources Company.
