The case might be appealed to the SC, but that doesn't mean the SC will take it up. I doubt also the ATF would want to risk the SC deciding in favor of the plaintiffs, which means the decision would be nationwide and cover all citizens, not just those members of the 2A organizations that file the lawsuit. But then again, the Dims seem perfectly willing to try and devise all manner of end-runs around a SC decision, like in the Bruen case and the state of NY getting creative in ignoring the decision without ignoring it.

Free SBRs and you still get your braced pistols. If SBRs go away from NFA, you learned how to work eforms. It's a win, win all around.
