I think Ms. Cortez needs to take the lead here and ask her New York home state officials, governor, senators, mayors, business leaders, etc. to start a quick 4 year pilot program to show the rest of us how smoothly this is all going to work for the rest of the nation. Ya know? New York off the grid, no outside electric power fed in, no gas stations or petroleum products needed. All Green energy, not allow even the shipping using petroleum products to dock at their ports. No air travel into or out of New York, ya know, all green energy.

if she expects the entire nation to accomplish all this stuff in 10 year, it should be a breeze for little bitty New York state to show the rest of us how it can easily and efficiently be done in a short period of time.

With all the memes popping up, one would think that she is dumb all the time, however, while I don't think she is that bad, her ignorance of so many things is mind boggling. And, that isn't going by the memes but by the news stories reported about her.
