April Practical Rifle Announcement

Next Saturday, April 3rd, is the regularly scheduled Practical Rifle Match. The Match will be held at Oil Capital Gun Club. Sign in will begin at 0900 and walk through will begin at 1000. Cost is $12 for non-Oil Capital members, and $10 for members. Round count will be around 70 rifle and 20 pistol.There will be 5 stages in this coming Match. This match is an excellent opportunity to practice your skills with your rifle and pistol in a self defense type situation, and a heck of a lot of fun as well. The weather seems to be shaping up adequately. Bring a friend, bring your weapons, and enjoy an great day of shooting, friendship, and recreation. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask.

I up and get sent to Iraq and NOW everyone wants to bust out their Garands. Yall are just scared to try it with me around, thats alright. I would be too.

Depends on the weather. If it's great I might head to the Corvette show in Enid with a for sale sign on mine. I need to get it sold.

If it's not blowing like hell and only a little cloudy and rainy, I might take the wife fishing. Spent a boatload of $$$ servicing the boat last month and still haven't gotten it out yet.

If the weather sucks, I'll probably come shoot the match!

BTW, ordered 8 cases of HXP at the beginning of March. I got the Fed-Ex tracking # today!
