So I think this year, I'm ditching the bolt gun for deer rifle. Got a new lease that won't call for the 1k yard guns.

And a handful of pricey waiting list builders
I can't decide if I should just order a barrel (assuming the "out of stock" supply catches up) and mount it into my ar10 fun gun (adjustable stock, junk trigger, mounted forend), build one on the quick, or just buy a new rifle all together? Looked around with the google-fu, but there's not really any consistency in the reviews. Mainly a love/hate amongst different brands.
