Sorry if this has been asked. My search-fu seems to be weak today:

Do any of you know whether constitutional carry in Arkansas extends to non-residents? What I mean to say is, can a non-permitted OK resident carry in Arkansas?

I just haven't been able to find an answer to this one and I need to find out before my wife drives me insane.

The way it reads is that you commit the offense of carrying a weapon if you intend to unlawfully use it against another person. Read this for yourself and make your own decision.
