Biden administration is going to do as much damage as it can on their way out. The Dem’s feel that much of it will slip by and new things imposed will take precious time from Trump’s team once he and Congress get in office.

What pu**i*s the Biden administration, ATF, and DOE are. What’s best for America right, nah they are pretty.

I’ve been reading that Biden is pushing as many anti-gun agendas as he can on his way out. This is probably one of them.

The few interactions I’ve had with ATF agents (back when I owned machineguns) were very different than popular opinion. They were very helpful is getting issues resolved with a dealer who wasn’t doing business like he should have.

I’m not saying that the entire agency is that way, but keep in mind that they’re federal employees and when a politician pushes a button, the stuff we don’t like starts rolling downhill. If we backtrack, that path takes us back up the hill to Biden and the anti-gun groups who are paying him under the table.

Meh, the 1994 Omnibus crime bill banned importing shotguns with more than a 5 round tube. That was the case for Benelli. That Beretta got away with it with a much newer model, just means the ATF wasn't looking. This is NOT a new thing.

Like Paedo Joe has a clue of what is going on.
