That's a steal!!
I have recommended UC for years and several friends bought it online before it was available for free in PDF format.
No joking, some paid as much as 150+ for UC, and everyone of them exclaimed it was well worth the money.
Everyone I know that has a copy (paper or digital) has read it multiple times.
The factual historical narrative of how we got the anti-2A laws (infringements) on the books now is worth the read alone.
