One of them used to work with me at Boeing and when Boeing ceased operations in Wichita, her and her husband moved to San Antonio and she recently retired. The other one stayed in Wichita and she works for a state agency. We're still friends. Good friends.

True, they were a pleasant distraction, but I still paid attention to the movie. Besides, my hearing has gotten much worse in the years since. It seems to run in my family.

I was gonna ask if the twins "caused" the hearing loss...

Yep, Clint is a "real" American in my books. Has the money and opportunity to just stand down and enjoy life in the shadows but he chooses to stand up in their face. Yep another kind of American Hero in his own way.

I think Eastwood is the last of the great producers in Hollywood. Nearly every movie he directs is a winner if not a blockbuster. Some of his movies are relics but they are still remembered if nothing else by the music. Ching..ching...ching.
