I had a Great Uncle that bought storage lockers sight unseen. One time he got lucky while cleaning one out and found a whole quart jar full of gold teeth.

Nobody knew for sure, but they figured there was a thieving mortician somewhere in the loop.

Great Uncle Leroy had a nephew who was a jeweler and owned a shop, he removed the gold and melted it down. They had a few ounces and made a few thousand bucks off that one. This was back in the 80's

They can come pay the back rent up until the start of the auction.
If you go to an auction and they are not cutting the locks off then the storage people have already gone thru it and took the good stuff.

So, what keeps someone from getting their stuff out before they auction it off. A new lock maybe???

There are 2 holes to lock the door with, they put a color coded lock on the door to signal what status of delinquency the unit is in. I used to work for a property management company that owned a hvac company where i worked and when things got slow we worked on our properties.:flybuzz:
