A low light match sounds like fun. If you want to simulate real world home defense scenerios you can bet your A$$ that most will occur at night. I'm all for it next month. Heck if it starts after 5:00 I can make the OKC Gun Club IPSC shoot in the morning and drive up to Tulsa that afternoon. What a perfect shooting day that would be.

Loved the match my eyes and sights didn't love the paper plates though. I guess I need to slow down and aim every once in a while.

Thanks again Dave!

Nice video and narration. Your comments are too funny on your attempts at shooting the star. I really like the guys in the back ground that you can hear "cheering" you on!

Dave actually gave me the idea, and it really made sense. It takes time to reload so if I could start with a bazillion rounds then GREAT. LOL...Only issue is that I think I was like,"OH I have PLENTY of rounds." There towards the end I was like. "I sure will catch some crap if I have to reload!" :D

My pleasure guys! I am always happy when the Match runs well, and it is you guys that make that happen.
Several people have asked about a low light (read- dusk) match, what do you guys think?
Dave

I would LOVE to shoot a low-light match!

Sorry I didn't make it guys, looks like everyone had a good time!

Well the results are in and have been posted, you can view them at the Yahoo Group (Link Below). I want to thank everyone for
coming out. The weather was great and a great time was had by all. I
appreciate everyone helping out and making the match run so smoothly, I don't
think anyone was there past 1300.
Congrats to Eric F. for Top Shooter, and to Jerry B. for most accurate.
Stacy H. and Kyle P got Most Accurate in their Divisions, along with Jesse Th.
and Charles P. Way to go guys!
Next months match will be Saturday September 5. Times will stay the same (0900
walk through) until Daylight Savings Time is over, then I may move it back.
Thanks again to everyone who made this another fun, safe, and educational Match.
