So, I find myself needing a new scope and will be pinching what little pennies I do have in order to buy one. Looking for options to begin researching before making a final decision. What I am looking for is your first hand experience with scopes that meet my criteria.
Must have features:
Mil turrets 10+ per rev
Zero Stop
Mil Reticle with .2 on the Horizontal stadia
Side or top mount parallax
no more than 6x on the low end
no less than 20x on the top end
30-34mm tube
Must not be a Vortex
I am not looking to spend a lot on this scope so I would like to keep the budget near $2000. Just looking for options right now, but if nothing really comes up another Kahles would be my default buy. What do you guys like and why? I need the scope to track well and perform well in low light situations such as dusk and dawn.
I am not opposed to spending less either, scopes like the Bushnell ERS I am really fond of as well as intrigued by the new Burris XTR II line.
