Anyone shot one of these yet? I have been duck hunting with my Rem 11-87 SP for about 20 years and thought I would treat myself. I am also considering a 28" barrel over a 26" which is what my 11-87 has. Any reason to go with a longer barrel?

Thoughts?

If you have any chance of hunting in a layout blind, shorter is more user friendly. When a firing pin broke in my O/U last season, I finished the season with my 32" Beretta sporting clays gun. Didn't realize how much of a difference that was over 26".

I've looked at them thinking I might upgrade from my M2. I just can't justify the extra money. The 26 inch barrel is handy in just about every situation except maybe the skeet field or clays course.
