Yeah, mine too. What a PITA. Means time off work just to sit at home and wait on UPS to give them that 'adult signature.' So, I have now gone through this with both Beretta products I bought!

I bought a brand new NEOS once and it was a nice gun, but Beretta had cross threaded the barrel nut. The store I brought it at gave me a refund. I ended up buying a S&W 22A.

Corp. has discovered a potential condition with Beretta .22 caliber NEOS semiautomatic pistols in which the pistol will fire even if the safety is activated and, in some cases, the pistols may fire if the safety is moved from the OFF to the ON position. Chances of either of these situations occurring is extremely remote and no injuries have occurred because of this condition, however, because of safety concerns relating to this situation, Beretta U.S.A. BTW - I checked on mine this morning, and they are currently servicing pistols they received the week of November 1st, with an eight-week turn-around. They "hope" that turn-aound time improves after the first of the year. They got mine November 15th, so I guess it won't come this week like I had hoped! They originally said four to six weeks turn-around time, so I was hoping to get it back around the first of the year.
