They are basically in a weird market spot. Much more $ than a stock Savage, Ruger, Browning etc., but less than a custom rifle. So, if you want an off the shelf solution that is nice and has some upgrades, it could be a solid option.

I was looking into one a couple years ago, and there were mixed reviews online. I bought a Tikka instead.
The reviews do seem mixed, either love or hate. Accuracy boast seems either dead on or not even close

I have a bergara in 6.5 creedmoor. It sucks carrying it out in the field because of the weight, but once you get to use it, you'll see why it costs the amount that it does. Recoil is like a bolt action .22 mag or less and all controls are like butter.
I agree, but what i was referring to was smoothess and accuracy claims. 1 guy bought 2 for his sons and they were gret, a year later bought another one for himself and it was crap. Not smooth or accurate.
I own 2 B14 r22. One is a carbon fiber barrel the other is a heavy target barrel. Mounted one in a magpul stock the other is mounted in KRG adjustable stock. Both have Trigger Tech triggers. They shoot wonderfully and far better than I’m capable of. They definitely aren’t going any where
That said, the magazines in both will sometimes require an extra tap before chambering the first round. Have no idea why but it’s just part of both of them.
Owned a Anschutz benchrest heavy barrel target . Sold it here on OS to a gentleman who loves them.
Right now I believe these two have a chance to hang with the Anny.
