The carts are sorted in the back. The night stockers come in and MUST have everything on the shelves by time to leave (6am).
If it is on your cart, you put it in your dept. Don't take it to the back, don't leave, don't try to figure out where it goes.
I know a guy that oversees the stockers. It is the sorters who screw things up. They see a box that says gun oil and put on sporting goods cart, not look at order and see drugs ordered it.
